W.B. Hopke Superintendent, Billy Green Presented Safety Award by Turner Construction at IAD-450 Cosner Tech Project

W.B. Hopke is proud to announce that in late November 2024, Turner Construction awarded Billy Green, Hopke Superintendent, a safety award at the IAD-450 Cosner Tech data center development project in Spotsylvania, Virginia. The campus will be located on 329 acres at 4049 Massaponax Church Road and 9300 Cosner Drive. The first phase of construction is underway and will include two data center buildings, a substation, and access on Massaponax Church Road.

This is the third time Hopke Employees have been given safety awards for what will be a seven year project that began in the first quarter of 2024 and scheduled for completion in 2031. The two other Hopke Employees are William Hernandez and Felix Soto. Congratulation to Billy Green and to the hard working team for keeping our employees safe while they work.
