Silverstone Healthcare Co. is currently building a new senior living facility in Potomac Yards at the intersection of Main Line Blvd and Swann Ave. ALX Now recently reported that Silverstone applied to the City of Alexandria to change the size of the project and the number of overall units. Upon completion, the new design would included 313 units spread across two buildings. Hopke is providing the wet utilities on the project, working with The Anderson Company and Whiting Turner. Upon completion, The Landing in Potomac Yards will add to a growing list of projects that Hopke has built in the Potomac Yards neighborhood.
