The Scotts Run development, a current Hopke project in Tysons, VA, continues to see new plans for development. The Tysons Reporter recently documented that Skanska plans to build a 28-story apartment building named “The Heming” and Lennar Multifamily Communities has plans to build a 26-story, 447-unit apartment building with 18,000 square feet of retail. Hopke has a contract with The Anderson Company to do all of the wet utility infrastructure work for Scotts Run spanning from Dolley Madison Boulevard to Chain Bridge Road and from Anderson Road to Colshire Drive. Hopke’s scope included 3,400+ LF of sanitary sewer main, 3,000+ LF of storm main, and 2,800+ LF of water main.
