City Ridge, a current Hopke project, was recently featured in the Washington Business Journal and Bisnow with articles discussing the anchor tenant landed for the redevelopment of the former Fannie Mae HQ. City Ridge, located at 3900 Wisconsin Ave NW, will be a mixed-use development housing the first Wegmans in DC and now International Baccalaureate. Hopke has a contract with Whiting-Turner on the project. Hopke’s scope on this project included all of the wet utility infrastructure including 800+ LF of new water main, a new water meter vault, 450+ LF of new sanitary main with trench excavations up to 24 VF deep, 5 new sanitary manholes, and 700 LF of new storm main with associated storm structures and bioretention areas.
