In November 2015, funding was approved by the public for a new South County Police Station and Animal Shelter located at 8855 Lorton Road, Lorton, VA in Fairfax County. The two-year project began with a groundbreaking ceremony on May 22, 2021 with occupancy scheduled for Spring 2023.

The Residences at Kenilworth – Senior Living Community by the Anacostia River Nears Completion

Almost 80% complete, The Residences at Kenilworth Park is an affordable assisted living community located at 1650 Kenilworth Avenue in Northeast DC. When complete, the 132,000 square foot location will serve the needs of District seniors aged 60 and older.

In the fall of 2019, W.B. Hopke was awarded the Cardinal Elementary School (formerly known as Reed Elementary School) project in Arlington, VA by Gilbane Building Company.
