Hopke Begins Wet Utilities Work on Founders Row II, a Mixed-Use Residential Apartment, Retail and Commercial Building in Falls Church, VA

In 2022, the planning commission approved new construction for the Founders Row II project in Falls Church, VA. The new six-level, multi-family apartment rental and mixed-use building includes 280 new apartment units. The ground floor will dedicate 22,000+ square feet of retail street frontage along West Broad Street and South West Street.

W.B. Hopke Begins Work on Sanitary, Storm and Water for Midline Block C Townhomes in Reston, VA

In January 2023, W.B. Hopke broke ground for a new wet utilities project located at 1830 Michael Faraday Drive in Reston, VA. The project, named Midline Block C, is part of a larger planned residential four block community, office and retail project that will eventually include eight buildings, 1058 dwelling units, 259,845 square feet of office space and 251,150 square feet of retail space.
