Riggs Park Place

Hopke is currently working on the construction of Riggs Park Place, a new residential development in northeast Washington, DC. Riggs Park Place is a four-acre development at the corner of Riggs Road and South Dakota Avenue in the Fort Totten neighborhood in Ward 4 consisting of 90 townhomes and a 100 unit senior living building. Hopke is working on the project for Strittmatter and EYA. Hopke recently completed another EYA community called Robinson Landing on the waterfront of Alexandria, VA. Hopke’s scope on the project includes all of the wet utility infrastructure encompassing 2900+ LF of sanitary main with 21 sanitary manholes, 3500+ LF of water main and laterals including 2 meter vaults and 2 backflow preventer vaults, and 2100+ LF of storm main.
