TSA Headquarters

Hopke recently completed construction of the TSA Headquarters in Springfield, VA near Springfield Town Center and the Franconia-Springfield Metro. The new headquarters will be 625,000 square feet and will be home to 3,000 employees. The General Services Administration will lease the building for 15 years with a 5 year renewal option. Hopke worked on the project for Lend Lease. Hopke provided all of the wet utility infrastructure on the project including 1,000+ LF of sanitary main with 5 sanitary structures, 3,000 LF of storm main with a StormCapture detention vault and a gravel infiltration trench, and 1,200 LF of water main.
