Towne Square at Suitland Federal Center

Hopke is currently working on the construction of Towne Square at Suitland Federal Center, a new 25 acre neighborhood with a mix of residential, retail, and cultural arts facilities in Suitland, MD. The site sits across Suitland Road from the Suitland Federal Center, which houses the US Census Bureau, NOAA, and other federal agencies. The site is also a short walk from the Suitland Metro Station on the Green Line. Hopke’s scope on the project includes over 7,500 LF of new storm drain along with over 140 storm structures and 50 separate micro-bioretention installations for stormwater management.
